Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 If your order is wrong, you need to contact us before we ship the goods (within 24 hours after placing the order). Tell us your order number and we’ll handle the return for you.

Shipping Times
The shipping period mentioned in the below guide does not include the order processing time. The order processing time usually takes about 2-3 business days except for the presale products. We will provide UPS or USPS delivery. And it will take about 3-5 working days to arrive after shipment. The shipping period is only for business days excluding the holidays or non-working days.
