Since the products we sell are private products. After the customer receives the goods, we cannot make a second sale. All products in this store do not support return services.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order is wrong, you need to contact us before we at lily@yujiexing.com.cn. (within 24 hours after placing the order). Tell us your order number and we’ll handle the return for you.
